Payment Policy

In order to keep our club viable, payments for players will be received as follows:

Squirts, MiniRoos, Juniors and Senior Women

  • Remaining fees are due no later than 1st March 2017
  • Preference for team allocations will be given to players who have player their registration fees in full.
  • An additional family discount of $50 will apply to the second and any subsequent registrations (excluding squirts) from the same family.

If players face financial hardship, our club treasurershould be contacted to enter into a payment agreement.


Please note: once players play their first game, fees must be paid in full and cannot be refunded for any reason - including injury. This is due to the club being required to cover all costs for each player, regardless of the length of their season. There is a $15 administration fee for all refunds that are completed before the first game is played. This once again is a required to cover the costs from FFQ.


Senior Men

  • A $200 payment is required at time of registration
  • Remaining fees are due no later than 1st March 2017
  • Preference for team jersey numbers will be given to players who have paid their registration fees in full.
